Bob L came out to give an estimate on some difficult trees. On time, professional and answered every question I had. Sent the invoice same day which was easy to access and sign thank you guys
A Bartlett Tree Experts crew, Chris, Eric, and Jay, came to remove dead and broken limbs, thin out some limbs, apply a cable to prevent a large tree with multiple trunks from splitting, and prune back the top of a crabapple that had gotten too tall and spindly. The guys are very hard workers and very efficient. Chris and Eric were very persistent when roping up into difficult trees, and very agile when getting to offending limbs. We have two crepe myrtles in our yard that were attacked by bark scale during the summer of 2024. The largest, a Natchez white, had been carefully shaped through the years into a "tree of life" form offering welcome shade in the center of our garden. We had been out of town and the infestation was heavy before we discovered it. Miller Rambo came to assess the trees and assured us that he could save them. I've used Bartlett Tree Experts several times over the years for various tree and shrub jobs. They've always been on time and very professional in the service they've provided. My most recent job is no exception. I'm terrible with names, so please forgive me if I mess these up, but if I could specifically request Esteban and Pedro for any future jobs I most definitely would. Great communication and seriously skilled. This was cleanup after Hurricane Helene, and they made my backwoods feel safe again — a few trees hadn’t fully fallen, and they handled everything with real care and professionalism. They were thoughtful around my plants, asked how I wanted things tidied up, and worked with calm confidence the whole time.
