Company is not responsive to calls. I’ve left multiple messages and nobody has returned my calls. My roof leaked shortly after it was installed. I had to fight for them to repair it and they ended up painting “Kilz” on my ceiling rather than fixing the damage their negligence caused. My roof leaked, again, recently and they will not return my calls so I can verify warranty and get it repaired. Spend a little extra and go with a reliable company.

I was told that they would start early and my roof would be completed by one in the afternoon. I thought that would be impossible. 11 o’clock in the morning, the roofers were cleaning up. Best roof I ever purchased. Outstanding job! This was several years ago, however, I wanted to let people know what an outstanding job they did.

I heartily endorse Bartlett Roofing Services. When everyone in our neighborhood was getting new roofs, many under questionable circumstances, we had our roof inspected by the company. It was done without any cost. The answer came back that for now the roof was in good shape. This is a mark of integrity in a day when solicitors were going door to door with schemes on how to get a new roof under dubious circumstances. If you want a roofer with integrity-this is the one.

Alan did a repair on my roof recently. He was on time, professional and even helped me fix a few things he didn’t have to do. The price was very reasonable. If I ever have any other roofing needs I will be sure to use him

Allen the owner came and inspected my roof leak from a heavy rain. He sent over some workers Evan and Tre who were very polite and explained everything the did to the roof and even sent pictures. Promptly the same day repaired where the roof needed the repair. He was honest and said it was a small repair and wanted to get the job done and they were a great company to work with . Nowadays everyone tries to rip you off it feels like and I was happy I called Bartlett Roofing.
