After having a couple over-advertised companies do mediocre to shoddy work, we finally found Bartlett. They were incredibly responsive, exceptionally easy to work with, and fixed our issue for far less than we were quoted from a company who has billboards all over the city. Everyone we have dealt with has been polite, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I can't possibly recommend them to take care of your home enough. I have become an unofficial ambassador for them, telling everyone who will listen. Call them first and only!

VERY PROFESSIONAL,WELL PRICED, AND FRIENDLY SERVICE! Tommy worked swiftly and efficiently to locate the source of our A/C problem, then explained options. After replacing the thermostat, he explained Bartlett's Heating and Air 1 year service and repairs policy, which we did end up purchasing. We were very pleased with our friendly technician,Tommy,and the service/repair that he provided us!
Anthony was wonderful! Our air is working perfect and he got out here and made sure the job was done right! Thank you guys so much!!!!

This company came highly recommended called them this morning at 8 am they were at my house by 10 and had my heater running & serviced by 11.
This is why I will not go anywhere else: professional, personable, knowledgable, compassionate, experienced staff and technicians. Through out their company it is evident that they strive to value their customers in a genuine way. I have never felt any pressure to fix/change/buy and all work and parts have been description to me to my satisfaction. Truly small town integrity in a big city!
