Doctors are good but the receptionist is rude and doesn’t know what she is doing. I called to schedule an appointment she says what insurance do you have, you need to see Brian Dunn he is the in network provider so that is on Wednesdays and who I saw. She billed under Mark Sack who I use to see but was out of network. When I called her she would not admit she was wrong and said do you want to pay more. Thanks to you I already did pay more. Are there more stars? Seriously cannot recommend this place enough. I attempted to go to a fancier looking place in the area that had good reviews and was incredibly disappointed. Why did I try somewhere else? It had been years since I went to Bartlett Foot Dr. and I thought maybe I should try somewhere else - maybe somewhere that was modern looking with good reviews online. *Cue slow clap*.
