Update: Bartlett Florist contacted me and replaced the flowers. The new ones are beautiful. Flowers received were not at all what my husband ordered. Flowers were dying 2 days later. Manager never returned phone call.
My husband and I used Bartlett Florist for 20 years with beautiful and unusual flowers every time. However, our last order we were overcharged by $30+ for what I was quoted on the phone. After several phone calls, they still have not corrected the error or called me back when they said they would. They will not be getting any more business from us. *Update: I have been refunded the difference of the overcharge.

I was at bartlett florist today and Crystal (owner) and a couple other ladies were helping me order my flowers for my wedding on April 18th 2015 and as it can be stressful trying to get EVERYTHING ready and everything perfect, they were very nice, helpful and willing to help me look online and in books to help me decide on the perfect flowers for my bouquet and some other things for my wedding. Thanks Crystal for all your help. I'm very excited about the things we have decided on.
