I don’t recommend Bartlett Family Health. A visit my wife and son had with Dr Busse led them to seek another Dr for care. My visit went fine except the billing department keeps sending me a bill for $15 when I paid it over the phone with them and have a receipt that they mailed me. There’s far too many Doctors out there to put up with an office like this.
Dr. Beusse is a knowledgeable, thorough, physician. My thanks to him, his family & staff!
Stopped in to ask for an appointment for a physical, When I finally got my appointment a week later And waited in the lobby over an hour just to be seen and it turns out it wasn’t even for a physical it was just a five minute consultation. Scheduled another appointment a week after that for an issue I had with my thumb and I literally waited almost 2 hours and had not seen the doctor yet. I decided to walk around and leave to go see another doctor. I’m sure he’s a great doctor for his front staff and the way things move slow... read more
