This Kansas landmark was established in 1910 by Dr. Walter Bartlett and is spread across 15 acres (6.07 hectares) of private land consisting of gigantic oaks, cypress and Japanese maples among other majestic trees. One of the most beautiful places I've been in Kansas:)
I find peace here like nowhere else! Winter, spring, summer or fall, it is the most serene place I know.
I was there in mid-February, snow covered and still an absolutely phenomenal destination for anyone with a great admiration for outdoors :-)
Absolutely an amazing place we hope to enjoy more and attend more of the events this year.
