I don’t know how this company has 4+ stars. They must be writing their own reviews. They sent an estimator to evaluate the repair of a few loose tiles. He knew my house was under contract for sale. After very arrogantly bragging about how he was the most experienced estimator in the state and that no one else knew what they were doing and that all other roof tile companies were crap! We hired Bartile / ProTech Roofing to replace our roof in 2022. We experienced poor communication and mix-ups throughout the sales process that made us really nervous. They put a nice looking roof on our home, but in the process of tearing off the old roof and putting the new one on, their workers caused $4,000+ of damage to our home that we’ve had to fix.
