Exceptional and honest mechanic!
Hands-down, the most honest mechanic I've ever met. Went in with an issue with my X2. Bruce was able to pretty much diagnose it just from our conversation. He scanned it for free and scanned it twice for accuracy. I walked away with great advice on how to keep the air conditioning and the engine running better. He gained a customer for life! I highly recommend

There are mechanics, and then there are enthusiasts. Bruce is not just a great mechanic, he is enthusiastic about helping people through their car problems and he is passionate about BMWs. Always caring and thoughtful, perhaps to a fault. I’ve told him many times that he just doesn’t charge enough. I’d take my car in, to replace a transmission (cracked case).
