Was very impressed with the very friendly as well as professional experience. Sarah, my hygienist, was super. Had such a friendly personality and a very nice touch during the exam and cleaning process. Very professional. Dr. Rassenfoss was so nice and did a very thorough exam. The entire staff has been so friendly and was very impressed with the entire office. So glad my husband and I made this choice as our dental office.
The doctor only spent 10 minutes cleaning my teeth. There was no initial inspection. There was no removal of plaque and tartar. There was no professional flossing. There was no final inspection. All I got were x-rays, a poke between each tooth, and polishing. I am very disappointed in my experience. It was a waste of my time. I recommend seeing another dentist and dental hygienist who take time deep cleaning your teeth.
I was so nervous to go somewhere new after having been with Dr Millay for 20 years but everyone here is amazing! It was pain free and Dr Rassenfoss was very friendly and made me feel so welcome.
