I was very happy with Earl Bartlett. I moved into a new house and was told my steam boiler needed immediate service. It was banging and clanking quite a lot. Earl came over right away even though I didn’t have an appointment and assessed the problem with my boiler although he didn’t have time to do what it needed. He said he just wanted to make sure I was not in danger and that all the settings were safe. He referred me to an appropriate specialist who took care of the unusual issue it had. Earl is a local plumber who I contacted to install a new vanity/sinks/faucets along with re-piping the drains. He was prompt and professional and did a great job. He also provided a few ideas on a couple issues we ran into during the project to complete it. I highly recommend Earl if you need a plumber. Here are a couple pictures before and after of the work. Earl was wonderful!! We had a new toilet put in incorrectly and he came over asap, identified the problem quickly, and resolved it fast! We are so appreciative of him! Would definitely recommend.

Earl was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. We called him to repair a leak in a pipe junction leading to an old steam radiator. It turned out to be an easy fix. So, in order to justify his minimum charge (which was much more reasonable than what we've paid to other area plumbers in the past), he took time to inspect our boiler system in the basement, consult on an older drain pipe in the basement that I was concerned about, and helped me locate a hard-to-find replacement part for our kitchen faucet online.
