The people working the pharmacy are kind, efficient, and willing to help, all while doing a pretty demanding and thankless job, nonetheless. I’ve gone here for 4 years now, and before going here I tried 3 other pharmacies in Bellevue, each of which caused problem after problem. I’m very thankful for the crew here.
Meds are rarely ready when promised, even after calling to confirm pickup time. Huge staff running around in the pharmacy, hard to tell what is actually getting done. Should turn the whole store into a pharmacy with enormous waiting area - remainder of the store is a wasteland. Moving to mail order as soon as possible.
They will tell you your prescription will be ready tomorrow. But when you arrive you would find out that it's actually not.
Unbelievably rude pharmacy staff. I will never go here for anything ever again.
