If I could give zero stars I would. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 5 years, since moving into the neighborhood. There is always an issue getting my meds. Usually they don't have it in stock and even being on Auto fill, they don't order what they need in the appropriate time. With that said, my last experience was my last. I went to pick up my monthly medication and the one amazing employee they have working there, who knows me well, took my payment, and handed me the wrong meds (through the drive thru). I've mostly had bad experiences with Rite Aid who has now bought Bartells. I ordered my lifesaving medical device and I knew I had to change insurance (within the same provider) so I ordered early and immediately messaged my doctor to make sure my pre authorization was done. The Dr got back and said it actually had been approved already. I called Bartells to inquire about my device. They relayed that insurance keeps denying it.
