I seem to have missed the "we love Bartaco" train everyone always raves about - every time I have been here I have been disappointed. The food is average, the service has always been terrible and everything seems extremely overpriced (especially the margaritas). I would choose Pure or Across the Street before I'd wait 2 hours on a Friday for this place. Bright spot: I do LOVE their corn. Definitely order that if you're going!
I LOVE Bartaco! I love their ambience, patio, and especially their food! My go to favs are the cauliflower tacos (which I sometimes get with lettuce instead of tortilla), corn on the cob, guacamole, and last but not least their plantains. You must get the plantains. They are delicious paired with their dipping sauce which I assume is tartar sauce. Either way those two were a match made in heaven. Though it's trendy and can be crowded on weekends, we've found BarTaco a lovely neighborhood spot. Great kids menu, friendly staff, good tequila/margarita options. Also, a nice ceviche, tasty tacos, and salads too. Go during week or early to avoid crowds.
Great menu of small flavorful tacos and sides (ceviche, great salads, etc). Good guac and fresh drinks w/nice tequila selection. Fun atmosphere w/fire heaters outside. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable.
Fun scene, good food, yummy specialty drinks. Was too chilly to sit on the patio, but it'll definitely be a cool spot once it warms up. Blankets and fire place will help. For a girls lunch for 6, we ordered the large tray and the small tray. This included 15 tacos (very small=two bites) sides and guacamole app. Best deal. We each got a drink or 2 and total was about $28 including tax and tip.
What a fun restaurant. My friend and family have enjoyed several meals. They have great outdoor seating as well ... with fireplaces and blankets. It is fun fun!
Always enjoy the experience here! Food is good and the service is fast. I love the ambience and always have a good time. Great to have such a fun spot in the Inman Park neighborhood.
Can I just say "WOW"!? They have the best guacamole. And the atmosphere at this new location in Inman Park is perfect. Mexican tapas. Sister restaurant from the fine folks of Barcelona fame.
The newest hot spot in Inman Park. Crazy delish food (pork belly and steak tacos are amazing!). Excellent (not-too-sweet) margaritas. Family friendly. Awesome patio seating.
