There are two reasons I love this doctor. He will look at you and type as fast as you tell him what’s going on, and he will decide on the options of medicine quickly. He needs more people to give him Good reviews than bad reviews. Everybody seems to want to type one only when it’s bad news. The other reason my mother was in her 90s when she saw him was that he was her all-time favorite physician. When older adults in their 90s say I love this doctor that means something.
I am happy with Dr Klaus, however trying to get ahold of someone to answer questions and to set up portal. Nearly impossible to talk to ANYONE or a returned call, as stated. Horrible communication.
If you dare question this doctor and get a 2nd opinion from another doctor, he will drop you. Then during his mandatory period to treat you while finding another doctor, he will refuse to renew prescriptions or provie referrals.
My daughter has been suffering several days with possible kidney stones. Dr was going to order CT scan but never did. Plus her BP is totally out of whack and he just keeps messing around with different types of medications. Prescribes pain meds, and muscle relaxers for her "possible stones!" What the heck??
