Well I had purchased a pair of frames and lenses coming to about 197.00$. I was not given a return policy notice to review or sign. They took over a month and half to get my glasses after repeatedly calling I was finally answered by the manager, Rebecca I believe that there was an issue with the lab. so I waited right. i ordered 2 pairs of glasses for my dsughter...in January, 1 month ago. 1 pair made her nose numb... reported but they wouldn't help. the other pair had the arm fall off. they didn't care. wouldn't guarantee their products. the woman told me I could buy new frames for $75. for glasses only lasting 1 month. I cancelled my own appointment because materials not worth anything. bad service, too. do not come here.

I've Been going to Dr.Kennedy for years, and I recommend them always. The staff and The Doctors are great.
Dr Wang and staff were very accommodating to my last minute appointment. I had trouble putting contacts on and he was very patient with instructing me. I accidently put on a contact without taking one of them off. That's how bad I am LOL. If you're in the Barstow area looking for optometry care, definitely stop by.
