Apartments are run down, the outside looks great but the interior needs to be upgraded. There's low income apartments next door so the noise is BAD, car break-ins are very common, and mail boxes are constantly being forced open! The price is not worth it for an extremely small apartment. The manager is nice, but not management material. Michelle needs to really do something about the old rude neighbors that harass the tenants and are always in everyone's business. There's NEVER parking!!!! Michelle is kind and attentive to her residents. Minus one star due to the company's significant rent increases
My/our on-site landlord, Michelle, has always been extremely helpful and understanding of life's certain situations and/or problems thrown my way. Especially when it comes to any maintenance needs, or even financial issues, she is on my/residents side, while only asking to be kept informed, so we can work together and keep staying safe with a roof over my head. I couldn't have asked for more of an understanding and, willing to work with, on-site landlord. Would give more than 5 stars if given the option.
