5 Stars! Michelle Bowen was absolutely amazing! She helped me find the perfect apartment and guided me through the entire process. From filling out the paperwork to making sure everything was in order, she kept everything smooth and stress-free—it only took a couple of hours! Her hospitality and genuine care for helping others truly stood out. The living space she helped me secure fits exactly what I needed. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new place!
The manager, Michelle was so very helpful and informational. She is a really genuine awesome lady. I would definitely recommend any of my people‘s connection to speak to her for a potential new home.
Apartments are run down, the outside looks great but the interior needs to be upgraded. There's low income apartments next door so the noise is BAD, car break-ins are very common, and mail boxes are constantly being forced open! The price is not worth it for an extremely small apartment. The manager is nice, but not management material. Michelle needs to really do something about the old rude neighbors that harass the tenants and are always in everyone's business. There's NEVER parking!!!!
