Bars n Racks Hornsby have been great to deal with. They supply a quality service, their staff are friendly and approachable. Shannon’s communication and customer service is excellent.
Booked in for a towbar 2 weeks prior. Dropped off car on booked date, yet towbar hadn’t arrived, was booked in for 8:30. Had to call at 1pm to find that it wouldn’t be fitted that day. No phone call to let me know the day prior to not drop car off. Took time off work, and management couldn’t care less.
Got a rear rack installed on my Triton -quoted and fitted within a day. The owner was genuine and attentive. Thanks! definitely coming back
