I needed to get Roof Rack, ladder and side steps fitted to a new Defender. Got a price from another BnR, but so glad I went with Col and Shannon at Hornsby. Price was more than reasonable and the service was great. 100% recommend calling into see these guys.

Booked in for a towbar 2 weeks prior. Dropped off car on booked date, yet towbar hadn’t arrived, was booked in for 8:30. Had to call at 1pm to find that it wouldn’t be fitted that day. No phone call to let me know the day prior to not drop car off. Took time off work, and management couldn’t care less.
Got a rear rack installed on my Triton -quoted and fitted within a day. The owner was genuine and attentive. Thanks! definitely coming back
