Great job – I take all of my more expensive items to get dry cleaned here and they do a great job. They also do a great job tailoring clothes and hemming pants.

I have never had a problem – I've been going here for a few years and have never had a problem - in fact, a few times they got stains out when I wasn't sure what they were. Once I noticed a stain that didn't come out so they redid it and refunded my money. They are pricey, but worth it for your better clothes. Since I travel a lot I love that they offer same day service.

Great job – Have used Barry Regent for a few months and have no complaints. I buy higher end clothes and need a place I can trust. They do a great job dry cleaning my suits and I pay extra for them to wash and hand finish my dress shirts (they call this "aqua clean"). In my experience, the counter staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the managers seem to really know their stuff.

Best Cleaner in the city – Best cleaners in the city, possibly the country! Worth the extra money to have your clothes looked after by real professionals. I have used Barry-Regent for a couple of years since someone at Bloomindales recommended them and I could not be more impressed. They are consistent in quality, and have always taken the extra time when I have given them a challenge.

Barry Regent is a great dry cleaner that has been around forever. I have had every sort of service done here: from dry cleaning to alterations to having a very expensive couture sweater "blocked". But what I really have to give them 5 stars for is the work they did on hemming all of my designer jeans. They will alter the inseam but keep the original hem which is very important for jeans that cost a small fortune. You get a professional cleaning and repair – "I brought an expensive leather jacket into Barry Regents with a tear. They told me honestly that I has two options. One was to replace the entire sleeve and the other was to patch the tear by inserting a pad under the tear and using a leather glue to 'mate' the leather to the inserted cloth. They also told me that there would be a slight noticable line where the origibal tear was. I left the jacket to be repaired by the latter method and packed it up after my vacation. It was still there when I went to pick it up. – I've never had a problem getting anything cleaned at this place although it is a little on the expensive side. I save it for the items I can't bear to have ruined in any way. I've never had anything tailored here though, so I don't know how good the tailoring is. I once left a shirt there for over a month and it was still there when I went to pick it up.

They somehow just know how to take care of everything perfectly, and stains will magically disappear while they're there. A must for your best-loved dry-cleaning!
