We had a difficult time working with Barry Lund, in terms of his follow-up's to on-going tasks. He seems to be very experienced and knows the subjects well, but his day-to-day work systems seem inadequate. He seemed disorganized, often doesn't return calls and emails. (Some regular mail, calls, emails were apprently lost also, which made it more difficult.)
