I've been trying to get a new roof since June 2021 from hail damage suffered in August 2020 that was well known to our entire area. Every house on my street that needed a new roof got one without a problem, including my neighbor. Entire replacement. State Farm cut me a check for less than $100 to repair shingles, which they don't even make anymore, because this is the original roof from the house being built in 2002. I was backed into by a State Farm customer. My vehicle was completely stationary and had been. I was found partly liable because I took no evasive action. In a parked vehicle that was backed in to? Evasive action? This company is run by crooks. I really wish those in charge would stop taking money from criminals and hold them accountable. Such scummy practices and I would recommend that everyone take their business elsewhere.

State Farm just notified me they are willing to keep my policy but I must drop towing services due to having 3 tow in one year. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME. In order words, GIVE US YOUR MONEY BUT HOW DARE YOU USE PAID SERVICES. I encourage everyone to please don't use FAKE FARM SERVICES. I received an unsolicited email from an agent in our new state indicating that my policy was not in legal standing and that his office would assist in transitioning it.
