My wife had an accident on 5/12/22 that the other driver took 100% responsibility, the other driver is insured by State Farm. Our vehicle is a Lexus NX 300 hybrid, we do not yet know if it is totaled or not. Today we found out that State Farm will only approve $27/day for a rental for us which is a Toyota Corolla type vehicle. I felt that i had made the right choice, after dealing with *****, for years of Monthly Rate Gouging from $ 155.00 per Month to a miserable $235.00 in gradual increments. I have been with State Farm for more than five years and never made any claim until recently when I was rear ended while stopped at the intersection waiting for the traffic light to change . Police concluded that the other driver was responsible for the accident, a State Farm customer as well. The tactics that employ to delay and deny makes me wonder how these crooks stay in business ? Yes , they are quick taking your money when the policy comes for renewal but if you ever need help ......you pretty much on your own ! I coul... read more

I've been trying to get a new roof since June 2021 from hail damage suffered in August 2020 that was well known to our entire area. Every house on my street that needed a new roof got one without a problem, including my neighbor. Entire replacement. State Farm cut me a check for less than $100 to repair shingles, which they don't even make anymore, because this is the original roof from the house being built in 2002.
