I changed insurance companies and needed a new doctor. Stephanie and the team were wonderful, and I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Made an appointment 5 weeks in advance & they don’t keep the appointment. Doctor hasn’t seen me in 14 months. Staff is horrible. What a horrible way to treat a MSW. I’ll be speaking to the state of California.
I been seeing Dr. Schwartz for 28 years he's a great doctor. Also when he's busy I see Sherry Smith Who is also very good !
I haven't had the best luck with this doctor or his office. Usually I can only get an appointment for the nurse practitioner. When they do refer me to a specialist the referred DR. is never covered by my insurance so I have to go back and find out who is and then ask for another referral. It's maddening! I'd prefer never to have to go here again. The doctor is nice tho, if you want to talk about music!
