I was working a with sales rep and thought we had a deal and as usual , the dealer wouldn't honor the price they quoted me ! The website clearly says, we honor our online prices !! Now they stopped responding. Don't waste your time !
Scheduled an appointment to replace a sensor on a 2020 Jeep. Advised the representative that I was driving 1 1/2 hours and would need a loaner vehicle. Arrived at my appointment early to find all loaners were gone already. The representative told me it would only take 1 1:2 hours to change the sensor. After waiting, I was told they didn’t even have the part that the part is on back order. Waisted 1/2 my day and nothing was fulfilled in the appointment scheduled. Will not be back!!
Was super excited to get my new jeep until I got slapped with a $3,100 bill for taxes. They didn’t roll them into my loan and after contacting them all they can do is say sorry. Nobody is out $3k except for me. Super disappointing
They went out of their way to have my car fixed, and we’re so helpful! I highly recommend them!
