The owner needs some customer service training, along with the tech, stood there for over 10 minutes. The owner was in the phone when I walked in, I patiently waited because I could see they are busy. don’t come to this place if u don’t want your car to be ruined
I went in a few weeks ago to get one tire put on my car. They talked me into getting two. Here I am three weeks later and found out they tightened the lugs so tight on my car that three lugs and studs snapped off of my wheel and almost killed me and my pregnant wife. Tried to take the other wheel off to change the brakes and yet again the same problem the second it breaks free the studs and lugs snap off of my wheel so now one of my wheels only has one stud with one lug, and the other one is riding on three.
