At my appointment in June 2013, I scheduled my next visit for Monday, December 21, 2013. When I arrived at the dentist's office on 12/21/2013 they were closed. By calling and listening to the office voicemail I found out that they were apparently closed for the holidays. At no time was I contacted to be informed that the offices would be closed despite the fact that an employee of Dr. Cole scheduled me for a visit that day.
