Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

Dr. Boden is fantastic. He is extraordinarily kind, pays attention to detail and has a very caring manner about him. He even has a sense of humor, which I appreciate. The office is pretty easy to find, the staff is generally friendly and the exam rooms are super clean. I've mainly visited Dr. Boden in the early mornings and he's never been behind schedule. He also takes as much time with you as you need and makes sure you understand what's wron, options, etc.

Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Does this provider remember you by name? Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment
