Short wait, took time with me listening to my concerns. I have unique health concerns and was very empathetic.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up from United Digestive. I had several tests completed a few weeks ago, and the results came back with concerning findings that I need to discuss with my doctor. Over the past 10 days, I’ve called no less than seven times, leaving multiple messages for the PA. Dr Karim is always caring , patient and explains everything and allows you to ask questions. I have been seeing her for many years and would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Kindness and compassion and efficiency everybody was just wonderful and I had spoken to Corless on the phone Earlier and she came and hugged me. That’s priceless and really makes you feel cared about.
Dr. Obideen was prompt, thorough, addressed my questions and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Has a very kind way about him. It is nice to have a doctor that is smart and also has a great demeanor. The office staff were great and very efficient.
The staff were professional yet exhibited a personable approach. Questions answered. Dr Creel was very easy to talk with, offered thorough explanation of Treatment recommendations and took time to answer questions. I felt at ease and highly recommend Dr Creel and I look forward to ongoing treatment as indicated.
