My lifelong dream is about to happen. Although I 'm excited, anxiety remains. From the moment we arrived at LIPSG , I felt calm. reception was so helpful and kind. Terry was wonderful as her patience was great in deciding my implant size and explaining the process. She assured me that she would be with me in the Operating room. That made me feel awesome. Dr. Douglas was patient, professional and his passion for his craft was evident. So glad I found LIPSG and Dr. Barry Douglas! Can't wait for my dream come true!
Dr. Simpson and his P.A. Tim Miller make a fabulous team! I had no doubt that I was in the right place...highly professional , kind, caring and patient. My thumb was totally disjointed and exposed from a car accident. I met Tim in the ER Trauma Unit, and the rest is herstory! This practice was the best thing to come out of a bad situation. I highly recommend LIPSG!
This was my first experience at LIPS & having met Dr Douglas & assistant for the first time time. From the moment they entered the examination room, I was overwhelmed with the professionalism, courtesy & treated me as if I was the most important person in their life. My daughter (age 20) had breast reduction surgery performed by Dr. Roger L. Simpson. The results were nothing short of fantastic. He reduced her to the size that she wanted and her breasts now look spectacular, only 2 weeks out from the surgery.
