My lifelong dream is about to happen. Although I 'm excited, anxiety remains. From the moment we arrived at LIPSG , I felt calm. reception was so helpful and kind. Terry was wonderful as her patience was great in deciding my implant size and explaining the process. She assured me that she would be with me in the Operating room. That made me feel awesome. This was my first experience at LIPS & having met Dr Douglas & assistant for the first time time. From the moment they entered the examination room, I was overwhelmed with the professionalism, courtesy & treated me as if I was the most important person in their life.
