I recently had severe lower back pain. Dr. Willen’s staff scheduled me that day to be seen. I was very grateful. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be genuine and professional. Dr. Willen’s ended up giving me a nerve block shot. He was very gentle and walked me step by step , what he was going to be doing during the shot. I had a quick recovery time and feel 80% much better. His nurse even called to check and see how the shot worked. I would highly recommend Dr. Willen’s to all my friends and family.�

This place is awful, every time I come it’s a whole new staff, I’ve never seen so many new nurses all the time! The office manager is rude and awful to her staff also I witnessed it first hand at the front desk! Every time I have called for and asked to speak with a office manager she never comes to the phone or even to the desk!! How do you manage a office but never around! Dr Willens I hope you look into who’s running your office

This place has gone down hill Every time I take my mom for her appt The place has dogs inside the clinic barking stuck in a office it sounds like!!! Who allows this a lot medical clinic ??? Can’t be healthy or sanitary We will not be back and this has been reported to the medical board
