Horrible service! Just a money grab for insurance! If I call and ask for information about my test that I need, they should tell me. Oh NO, make an appointment so we can charge your insurance company $400. HORRIBLE!!!
Tried to tell us we owed over $600 when our insurance said $25! Crap hole office!!!
When I moved to Montgomery County around 17 years ago, I no longer had a family doctor. After a couple of years, I needed one and I tried the doctor my husband used, in the Conroe area. He was impersonal and cold, and I soon decided almost anyone would be an improvement. I researched online, but there weren’t nearly as many ways to do so back then. Tried to be patient through first 3 or 4 minutes of Trump bashing then walked out. will never be back. What would make a Doctor's office think it is ok to start the conversation with politics on your first (and last) visit... ZERO stars
The best and most compasionate care ever. Dr. Willens has given hip and knee shots in exact spot to eliminate pain - utltrasound man is kindest ever - the entire staff-new or experienced - so thoughtful and caring - I will never ever go anywhere else
I used to go here 2 years ago and returned now for 2020. Love and appreciate the personal caring Dr. Willens and his staff genuinely show to me for whatever I need, specially pain management. Effective treatments, knowledge and experience make this clinic outstanding in my rating. Thank you Dr. Willens, may God bless you... never change!
Dr. Willens cares and listens to his patients and has the best old school matter of handling his patients and soft spoken. He takes time to provide the best help that we need. I love his ways so much I've made him my main doctor. Much respect for him too.
