You know he is special when you walk into the exam room. Floor to ceiling you will find an array of posters featuring a pleather of some of the most successful music artists today. Try to name them all. Then he (Dr. Firstenberg) enters the room, and you know this man is special. He wears Hawaiian shirts to work and even though he has the results of another test; he wants a 'second opinion'. Dr. Firstenberg is thorough. I have been seeing him for years, he is a wonderful doctor, would not go to anyone else!
Dr. Firstenberg has been my doctor for 19 years since my diagnosis. His exceptional knowledge and bedside manner are a great comfort and an example that other doctors and health care providers should try to emulate. My only fear is that he will retire before I cease to need his help. I am grateful that I have been fortunate to have Dr. Barry Firstenberg as my doctor for the last 19 years.
