Personable doctor. Helped initially with one aspect of my pain. Went back a few months later. He wanted a MRI done. After waiting a week, I called the office about it, and suddenly I was referred the next day for it. At my follow-up to that appointment, he wanted to try a procedure followed by physical therapy. He said it would require pre-authorization. Over 5 weeks later, and I STILL haven’t heard from them to call and schedule! My appointment was made at the wrong location so I raced to the other one and was 20 min late where the doctor refused to see me. It was their mistake! This may indicate that he doesn’t care very much about his patients.
He took fantastic care of my daughter, highly recommend!
