I went this week on 10/08/25 to see Dr. Dockery for the second time in a while after I had problems authorizing my injections for my kness and not because my insurance or his fault but short staff and nothing was done until 6 months later, now moving foward to the latest visit everything went well until I ask to have some paperwork filled out by the Dr to have accomodations done at my job for parking, I was told that the Dr didn't fill out the paper work and to go back to my regular PCP well my PCP didn't want to filled out ... read more
Met with Dockery on 1/15 regarding ongoing lower back pain. I mentioned that I had MRI done at St. John’s and he said he’d like to look at it. Little did I know that I had to go get it and hand deliver! That was on 1/18. After 2 phone calls to his office (one call was over lunch break who didn’t return my call) and not hearing anything, I finally left a Message on MyChart on 2/12 wondering what next steps would be…still no correspondence!?! It’s now 2/28 and STILL NOTHING! I called my GP who recommended him and told him this... read more
