Met with Dockery on 1/15 regarding ongoing lower back pain. I mentioned that I had MRI done at St. John’s and he said he’d like to look at it. Little did I know that I had to go get it and hand deliver! That was on 1/18. After 2 phone calls to his office (one call was over lunch break who didn’t return my call) and not hearing anything, I finally left a Message on MyChart on 2/12 wondering what next steps would be…still no correspondence!?!
