The staff sucks they only do 1 reminder call for the first visit... I was told they are to busy to do reminder calls even if they haven't seen you for 4 weeks... My appointment was at 8:45 a.m and they said they don't open the doors until 8:45... I do not suggest this place they only care about getting money... They charge you if you miss an appointment and if you are 15 minutes late... On top of all that they don't even see you on time you are waiting for 1hour

Honestly, I don't understand what the other low ratings are about...first off if this is your first pregnancy it's up to YOU to do your personal research and read books/mags about pregnancy theres info on line and apps for your phone. The docs are not professors or teachers and won't be giving you lessons or detailed info on how a baby grows for each week/mth during your visit, their main purpose is to make sure baby is healthy and growing and you are okay, so sign up for the many pregnancy expectancy classes and WIC may be ... read more
This Doctors office is a joke, they are terrible. The wait time is ridiculous, when you have an appointment it should be at that set time. The doctor was very rude to me when I was asking a simple question. As an OB you should have more information to tell your patients, I had an appointment and all they did was let me hear the heartbeat and measure my stomach. This is my first pregnancy and they aren't telling me things I should expect, what's normal and what's not. Just a terrible place. Do not go here.
This is the one of the worst doctors office I've been to. The front desk is extremely rude. No matter how early you get there you still end up waiting an hour to get into one of the rooms and still wait another 20 to 30 minutes for the doctor or PA to come in and see you.
