I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. Communication was terrible from the start. I requested a video of the car, only to be told it wasn’t on the lot because the “owner” had taken it home yet they claimed to still have the keys. When I asked to get a pre-purchase inspection done at my own expense, they were extremely hesitant and gave off a very sketchy vibe. I don’t think there’s a more unprofessional dealership out there. If I could give zero stars, I would.
**Avoid at All Costs – This Dealership Is a Disaster** I’ve never encountered a dealership less interested in actually selling a vehicle than this place. Still will never forgive them for seeking me a car that needed a new transmission within 2 months. Taken advantage of and extremely rude when I talked to them about it.
Michelle and the team and Barry auto did an amazing job walking me through this transaction. Hands down one of the easiest decisions and car purchases I have ever had. Drove over and hour an half to do business with Barry Auto and Michelle was amazing through out the whole transaction. We were able to negotiate everything over the phone so when I made the drive out there I was prepared to buy my renegade and all We had to do was run the paperwork! Super happy with Barry Auto!!
