If I could give zero stars I would. I was assured that a technician would be at my house on Sunday June 23rd at 5 pm. No one showed up, I tried to call the number listed and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to find out what was going on. I made it very clear that I needed someone that day. Two hours later after I called several times I was told in text message from someone that they would not be able to make it until Monday. Another company came with the hour!
My service tech is so incredibly professional, well trained and helpful. He has been out twice now since I purchased this home this year. The first was in august to check over the air conditioning. He suggested Installing a device that made the unit have a softer start, not such a huge bang. Saves energy also. Second visit to check out furnace. Super service!! Update June 2024. Very pleased with 24/7 , showed up on time quality work no mess Hilton Begin was polite and done great quality work. A/C working great Hilton is my go to man for heating and air. Will definitely use them again
Would have given 5 stars, but was definitely overcharged for work done
The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair same day. I rated them a 4 because I feel they overcharged for the freon It may be typical of the industry but I felt it was too much.
