Mary at Barrows Insurance has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. When looking to renew my flood policy, she presented me with several options and one of those was a private flood policy. This policy had better coverage than the FEMA policy and was about 1/5 of the cost. Mary's professionalism and responsiveness blew me away. I found myself in a very tough situation with my car insurance, and was told by a friend to see if barrows could help me get out of it. I called and spoke to Caitlin and within 10 minutes she got me a quote that was thousands less than I had anticipated. Absolutely amazing customer service and I've never been more happy purchasing car insurance.
I moved back to Massachusetts in 2004 and Barrows Insurance Agency was recommended. The best recommendation ever. Over the years I have had a few different agents all of which have been excellent. They are exceptional in customer service and have always worked to get us the best insurance for both out home and two cars. Please feel confident in choosing Barrows for all your insurance needs.
I went to the Foxboro location and received awesome service from both Kyle and Colby. Not only did they explain the coverage I needed, but was able to increase my coverage (alot) and save me over $50 a month. I will recommend Barrows to family and friends for sure! Thanks guys!
I have been working with Christopher Barrows for the past 3 years with my auto insurance. He always goes out of his way to help and is one of the most personable people I have ever worked with. When I bought another car, my insurance tripled in price and Christopher went out of his way to find me the best rate possible which was cheaper than my payment for my one car!
