They did an OK job by me until there was a problem. We provided them with the information to provide us with a new workers comp class code. Apparently the underwriter gave them the wrong code to give to us. When we were audited we were charged the difference in premium for the correct code.The Barrow Group was unhelpful to us in getting the situation resolved.
