I just visited your Surprise AZ location and left extremely disappointed! I've been to numerous locations, including this one, hundreds of times over the years. This is the first time I've ever visited where I feel that I should've just gone somewhere else. The clerk at the front counter was chewing gum with her mouth open like she was still in high school, I can get over that but it is a horrible image for your store. Your manger person, goes by the name of Ben. Works at Gilbert and baseline location. He is despicable and disgusting. He keeps cooks working even when they have a contagious stomach bug and need to be sent home. He does nothing but stand at the counter all day watching tv. He is a lazy fat slob and makes visiting that location very questionable. If I could give negative stars I would.

You have the best puzza sauce bar none! You have a huge opportunity you are not taking advantage of ... Reheated pizza is always dry, but with a side of our sauce, you are now having lushious pizza as fresh as it was day one! Your store at Alma School / Germann needs corporate attention. We visited this restaurant over a year and half ago. It was one of the worst pizzas with uncooked pizza dough and the cheese is dead like cottage cheese not stringy. We told the manager, but he did not seem to think there was any issue. Today, we gave it a fearful second try, thinking that maybe it was just a bad day that first time at your location. Wow! Unbelievable! It was exactly the same.
