Don’t order from Barros at dove valley. I ordered delivery and the delivery took 1 hour 45 mins when the delivery time was supposed to be 50 mins and my pizza was cold, wings cold, they did not bring the sauces. And when you complain there is no resolve for the issue but they did keep the tip!

At approx 6:38p this evening (02/08), I stopped by Barros to order dinner for my family. My order was #398. I ordered 1 sm ckn pizza, 1 med pepperoni pizza & 12 trad med wings and my total came out to $33.47. I waited patiently for my wings while watching TV in your dining area near your beverage station. Once I returned home, my family & I began to eat our food. Twice I've ordered from your Indian Bend store, and twice I've been disappointed. I like your spaghetti. No meatballs. Just the sauce and the pasta. So, I ordered it online for delivery. I specifically called and explained that I was moving and have either gotten rid of all my silverware or have it packed away. I'm in my mid 40's and have been enjoying Barro's Pizza since playing Little League Baseball as a kid. Even took a few years off (based on the fact that there were not that many Barro's around, and as far as I knew there was no delivery like there is now), but have come back and am here to stay, especially since I figured out Delivery is an option (DERP!)... Thunderbird location It's a shame to see that barros has become a low budget pizza over the years. I ordered extra cheese and it was burnt, bubbled, GREASY and denied extra cheese. I was told They only put 1oz. This sincerely is the worse pizza.

It is a terrible shame that Barros have become a low budget pizza over the years! And to boot they are cheap as all heck. I pay for extra cheese and I'm denied because extra is considered "1 ounce " and that is all that what was put on. Really??? It was greasy, salty and all bubbled and brown bottom burnt crust. Never again! Thunderbird location

after ordering from Tatum/dynamite location for just about 15 years, we will now be looking for a new pizzeria. The last 2 visits were very disappointing. We always order thin crust well done/ not burnt and when we get it we are never disappointed, until they actually sent us a pizza that should have been thrown into the trash it was so burnt! after delivery guy left we just stared at this mess and managed to each salvage 1 piece out of it, the rest went into our trash.
