I have not rented from this company, however, we toured one property in Pensacola & we loved the property. The issue is there were fleas in this rental house. We called the leasing office while we were still at the rental location to let them know that we loved the property but there were fleas! We were very kind in how we told them, and even told them we’d love to rent this home but just wanted them to know there were fleas. I have truly appreciated our experience renting through them. Our family has lived in one of their rental homes for several years, and throughout this time, they've consistently treated us with kindness, respect, and professionalism. This is the worst company to rent from. They money gouge and they are rude. Especially the woman in the office!! Never will I ever recommend renting from this company!!
This company will find every reason to not give you a security deposit back. I do not recommend renting through them.
