If you need a title company that only handles the easiest deals and backs out the moment anything requires real research, this is the place. Our attorney confirmed everything was legally sound, but they still refused to close because it seemed “too risky” for them. If you’re hoping for confidence, problem-solving, or competence, you may want to shop around. They didn’t solve the problem — they were the problem.
Quite possibly the worst business experience of my life. We had three house closings, three different closing agents, and they were the only closing team that couldn’t manage to get things done in time. There were mistakes and changes up until the moment of signing! Emails and calls were ignored by anyone who reached out to them including the buyer, our lawyer and the bank.
