They were very rude! I called for a loan and at first she said her boss hadn't looked into it yet then in the same instance said it's a no because it may go to litigation then again turned and said no because I've had too many accidents and I've only dealt with them 1 other time. When I proceeded to ask questions she said it's just a no we don't wanna get involved in this case. The situation could have been handled more professionally and the manager is very rude.
They were courteous kind and helped me out quickly two different times, they got to the point they contacted my lawyer quickly and got back with me quickly and the process was very easy. Hoping they can help me one more time this year!
