Amazing!!! This is the best place I have been to so far in Charlotte. It's every bit as good as people say it is. The menu is simple yet very well executed. The wine list is a little on the expensive side (not many economic wines), but the selection is very good.
NIce restaurant The food here was very good. They have a nice selection to choose from and the waitress we had was very knowledgeable about the specials. Overall it was a nice family dinner at a very affordable price. Definitely recommend. A+
Best Restaurant in Charlotte As a self professed Foodie and DH who is a classically trained chef I can say this is the best restaurant in Charlotte that we have tried. The Menu is always changing to offer seasonal items and exciting variety while keeping popular staples like their chicken entree and popular pasta dishes (yum!) on the menu. We have NEVER been disappointed in the meal or service at Barringtons. TIP: Make a reservation.
Best meal i've ever had I'm a college student who went to Barringtons with my family over winter break. The place got a 29 in Zagats (no place in Manhattan has a 29) and was simply unbelievable. The wait staff was hilarious, friendly, and helpful, the wine selection was quite good and the food was out of this world. I had the mushroom soup and the "Roasted Salmon over a Shellfish Minestrone with Fall Vegetables, Bacon and Topped with a Lobster and Dill Salad." Best all around meal I've ever had.

The apple cobbler with ice cream is the best!
Year in and year out, Chef Bruce Moffett creates the best restaurant experience in town. It's quiet and unassuming, but its food, desserts and wines are bold and delicious, the ambiance warm and cozy.
Reservations needed. VERY small restaurant. Sitting at "bar" very nice and great way to watch service, if you're a foodie.
I have lived here 10 years and have eaten at many Charlotte Restaurants. Barrington's is still hands down my favorite. Amazing food, great wines, great service and intimate atmosphere. Just wish I could afford to eat there more often. Still remember a meal I had there over 8 years ago....now that is a great meal!
