i would never go back, ever. first, I registered online for a 9am appt on a Sunday morning. I called the office and the vm said they open at 8am on Sunday. I arrived at 8am, and the hours are posted 9am on Sunday? So I wait. The foyer doors were unlocked and 2 people were ahead of me. They are arguing and swearing at each other about who was there first... Could be a bit more personable. Didn't care for nurse practitioner. Esmeralda was great tho. medical assistant.
In and out!! Very clean and Customer service was great!!
Total dump! Two people in the waiting room with me and it took almost 3 hours! The x ray tech looked like he was 19 and his inexperience showed . I could live with that but the place was filthy, run down, and way too slow! I was in excruciating pain and no one seemed to care! It was totally different when it was Barrington urgent care, which is why we went, not knowing that it has changed hands to Ocean State.What a mistake! The worst part is I have to go back!
I was in and out within an hour on a Sunday afternoon. There were two people before me and two checked in after me.The receptionist was very pleasant along with the x/ray tech. I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner who was also pleasant. My prescription ready at the pharmacy by the time I drove to Bristol. I had no complaints with the card there at all.
I would have given them five stars but I waited for ever!!! The RNs and doc were really great! Thanked me for my patience, answered my questions, involved me in my plan of care, and everyone had a great sense of humor!
