I never have an issue with noise, neighbors or staff. BUT there is ALWAYS an issue with the gates and management always has an excuse as to why. There’s 2 entry gates and 1 exit gate. I can count on one hand the number of times all 3 gates have worked properly at the same time. It has been at least 3 solid weeks that all 3 gates have been wide open 24/7. I hope no one here is in a domestic situation with a restraining order against their ex or something. I’m not in that situation. But someone could be. It can happen anywhere... read more

Do not live here. The apartments are worth 4.5 stars, but management is not. I paid my $150 security deposit and $300 risk fee when I moved in. I moved out in October and just received my check where they had paid my last water bill and deducted money for minor damages. Over $300 that is. Whenever I was living there and would call the office, it always went to voicemail and my messages were never returned.
