Terrible company - the owner denied a valid ADA request one of his buildings and proceeded to berate and harass me for making the request. Just terrible people.
They don't answer the phone, they're late, don't apologize and try to make it seem like it's your fault. Austin is a jerk and extremely unprofessional, and his dad... let's just say doesn't have a good history and lacks ethics. Just look him up. I guess the apple doesn't fall from the tree. I feel sorry for the building owners that hire these guys and literally have no idea these guys are costing them deals, money and lost opportunity cost.
