First Apartment I loved these apartments when I first moved in. They accepted all my requests such as installing new carpet, painting the walls the color I wanted, and fixing minor dings. They repair maintenance request very fast sometimes same day. The only problem I had was with the noisy neighbors and once reported to management they acted as if it was not important. Other than that great apartments especially for the spacious setup and price.
There on I just moved here!! Apartment that was for me wasn't ready so I had to go change all info to another apt in the complex!! Even tho they were nice by giving me the next month free!! But the but out went up just because they messed up!! Remind you I had got assigned apt 30 days pior!! But when I got here with the Uhaul I had to go to another one!! 4 years and counting-great property we are renwing our lease again and they are going to get paint for us and let us paint our apartment. thats why I really like it here. they can't paint our apartment becuase we still live there, but they will buy the paint for us as part of a benefit to resign with them and let us paint it which is the same colors they already use. we've been here for about 4 years and i like living here each year more. at least they think ioutside the box to try and be different or give me options. very c... read more
Very helful and attentive staff I have been living her for a year and I enjoy the staff they are a great help and are very kind and patient to the residents.
Love the apts Maintence is great! And I enjoy how the does help me when I need it.
